Walking in the nature to the ruins of the medieval church of Saint Christopher in Itri
Today I took a walk on a hill near my town, Itri. It was a significant ascent; however, it was worth it for the view.
Connection
I like the idea of the soles of my feet as a channel through which to enter into contact with the pristine energy of nature.
Existence
Do you notice your heart beat? It usually goes unheard while you're going about your business, but if you stop and listen, you feel it, it's always there. That's your heart beat and as long as it's there, you're there too.
